About MAXXINFRA

MAXXINFRA is an integrated structural steel EPC company based at Butibori MIDC, Nagpur — the geographic centre of India and the hub of its steel corridor. We engineer, detail, fabricate and erect pre-engineered buildings (PEB), heavy structural steel and industrial sheds for steel producers, manufacturers, logistics operators, hospitals and institutions across the country. One contract, one team and one responsible party from the first concept drawing to the final bolt.

Leadership

Bhushan Kriplani — Founder & Director. Engineering coordination and structural fabrication; a leadership track record of 20,000+ MT delivered across more than 500 major projects, including process buildings, heavy-crane workshops, curved raw-material sheds and hospital frames for India's steel majors.

Jitendra Meghrajani — Co-founder & Director. Industrial sheds, long-span buildings and site execution — the erection engineering behind 93.8 m clear-span arch roofs and multi-span crane sheds up to 384 m long.

Two fabrication units at Butibori

• Unit I — 40,000 sq ft covered plus 10,000 sq ft finishing: the operational base, 600 MT per month, with CNC gas and plasma cutting, 6.5 MT EOT cranes, shot blasting to SA 2.5 and a paint loop.
• Unit II — 1,00,000 sq ft covered plus 40,000 sq ft open: the high-volume platform, 2,400 MT per month, with H-beam assembly lines and pull-through welding, a dual-arm robotic welding cell, air-plasma CNC bay, blasting and paint booths and 10 MT goliath cranes.
• 51+ machines across both units, a full calibration register, in-house Level-II UT, MPI and LPI inspection, and NABL-accredited partner laboratories for radiography and material testing.

How we work

Every drawing is prepared around our own workshop sequence, constructability is reviewed from concept stage, and senior engineers answer site queries directly. Design follows IS 800:2007, IS 875 and IS 1893, with AISC and MBMA methods where a client specification calls for them. Standard drawing turnaround is 48–72 hours from input documents to issued-for-fabrication details, and production passes eight documented control gates from engineering release to dispatch.

Four ways to engage us

1. Design & detailing service — Tekla models, GA and shop drawings, BOM and take-off for your own fabrication.
2. Fabrication per tonne — transparent MT-based billing against client or MAXXINFRA drawings, all steel grades, third-party QA welcome.
3. Full EPC contract — design, fabrication, erection and commissioning support under one contract and one schedule.
4. Workshop setup & operate — we establish and run a fabrication workshop at your greenfield site, mobilised in 0–7 days.

Delivered work

Five completed projects in Maharashtra between 2022 and 2025 total 72,384 m² of built area and 4,189 MT of structural steel: a 4-span, 150 m long PEB complex with 25 + 10 MT EOT cranes at Konsari; three curved-roof raw-material buildings at Chandrapur totalling 48,157 m² with a 93.8 m clear span; a 24.7 m clear-span helicopter hangar now in daily operation; an expandable 272 MT storage shed; and a G+1 hospital steel frame with mezzanines.
