Every shed is engineered for the specific site conditions, crane loads, occupancy classification, and future expansion plans of the client. Our structural engineers size the portal frames, crane girders, purlins, and connections using IS 800:2007 and IS 875:2015 — not generic span tables.
We supply and erect the complete building envelope: structural steel, roofing sheets, wall cladding, turbo ventilators, skylights, louvers, personnel doors, and rolling shutters. Civil works are coordinated with our foundation design so the whole structure goes up as one scope.

Site Survey
Topographic survey, geotechnical report review, wind speed and seismic zone confirmation. Occupancy classification and future crane provisions noted.
Structural Design
Portal frame sizing, crane girder design (if applicable), purlin and girt design. IS 800:2007 compliance. Foundation loads issued to civil team.
Fabrication
Portal frames, crane girders, eave struts, and bracing fabricated at Butibori MIDC. Each member tagged and dimensionally verified before dispatch.
Foundation & Civil
Column base pockets, anchor bolts, plinth beams and floor slab coordinated with Maxxinfra's civil partners or client's civil contractor.
Structural Erection
Portal frame erection with mobile crane. Purlins and girts fixed. Crane beams and rails installed and levelled if applicable.
Roofing, Cladding & Finishes
Insulated roof panels, wall sheets, ridge caps, gutters, downpipes, skylights, ventilators, doors and shutters. Site handed over clean.

What drives the cost of an industrial shed?
Steel tonnage per square metre, which depends on span, eave height, crane loads, wind zone and roof type. Our delivered sheds range from about 54 to 161 kg/m²; the design is optimised for total cost — steel, fabrication, transport and erection — not weight alone.
Can the shed be extended later?
Yes. Expandable end walls, matching bay spacing and planned foundation reactions let a new bay or an adjacent building be added without disturbing the existing structure, as done for a 150 m storage shed at Konsari.
What roofing and wall options are available?
Galvalume or colour-coated single-skin sheeting, insulated PUF or rockwool sandwich panels, standing-seam roofs, polycarbonate skylights, roof monitors and ridge ventilators for daylight and natural air change.
Do you build cold storage or temperature-controlled sheds?
Yes — with insulated panel envelopes, vapour barriers and door details worked out with the refrigeration consultant; the steel frame is detailed to carry panel loads and suspended services.
Do you handle the civil foundations?
We issue foundation reactions and anchor-bolt plans for your civil contractor, and can coordinate or include foundations under a turnkey scope through partners.
