The Maxxinfra team brings everything: structural engineers, fabricators, welders, fitters, riggers, QC inspectors, and HSE officers. Workshop Deployment Process
Site Assessment
Maxxinfra engineers visit the site to assess space, power supply, water, road access, and crane requirements. Workshop layout is designed to optimise material flow and safety.
Equipment Mobilization
Fabrication equipment (cutting machines, welding sets, overhead hoists, grinding tools) procured or hired. Specialist plant mobilised from Nagpur where required.
Crew Deployment & Induction
Engineers, fabricators, and QC team arrive on-site. Site-specific HSE induction completed. Crew welfare and accommodation arranged.
QA System Setup
Inspection and test plan established. Weld procedure specifications qualified. NDT agency identified and contracted. Client's QA team inducted into the process.
Trial Production
First batch of fabrication carried out as a controlled trial. QC records reviewed. Production rate benchmarked. Any process adjustments made before full ramp-up.
Full Production & Reporting
Full production rate achieved. Daily output recorded in ERP. Weekly production meeting with client. Monthly KPI report issued. Maxxinfra manages the workshop until project completion.
