Engineering
Structural design, foundation loads, general arrangement drawings, and fabrication drawings. Client review at each gate before fabrication commences.
Procurement
Structural sections, plates, fasteners, roofing materials, and any mechanical items procured to schedule. Mill certificates and test reports filed.
Fabrication
Factory production at Butibori MIDC. ERP-tracked against the programme. Inspection signed off at each stage. No piece dispatched without QC clearance.
Quality Assurance
In-house QC at fabrication. Third-party inspection available for client's engineer to witness. NDT on critical welds per client specification.
Site Erection
Maxxinfra erection crew mobilised to site. Civil interface managed. Erection sequence planned to minimise downtime in operating facilities.
Commissioning & Handover
Punch-list generated with client. All items closed before practical completion. Full documentation package handed over. Defects liability period begins.
